Terms and Conditions of Apprenticeship to COO Workship
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Nic Beegee (“Employer”) and Jacqueline Palacios (“Contractor”) for services rendered during the term of Launch Assistant, Apprentice, and COO roles as outlined below. By entering this Agreement, both parties agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. Workship Periods and Duties
Jacqueline will provide services to the Employer in the following roles and periods:
1.1 Launch Assistant
Term: Mid-January 2025 to the first week of March 2025.
Duties:
• Content creation and video creation/editing for Platform9 (“P9”) and Reveal Certification Program (“Reveal”).
• Community management and growth tasks for Nic Beegee’s platforms.
• Daily promotion of P9 and Reveal programs Monday through Friday, in ways that align with Jacqueline’s audience.
1.2 Apprentice
Term: First week of March 2025 to the beginning of June 2025.
Duties:
• Continuation of the duties performed as Launch Assistant, with added responsibilities of receiving training and certification as a facilitator for P9 and Reveal.
1.3 COO (Chief Operating Officer)
Term: End of June 2025, post-apprenticeship, with no predetermined end date.
• Base Pay: $3,000 to $5,000 per month, dependent on the industry economy at the time. Pay rate will be negotiated between parties at the end of the apprenticeship period.
• Affiliate Pay: Jacqueline will continue to receive a 50% affiliate commission for each client referred to P9 and Reveal (detailed in Section 6).
2. Work Schedule and Additional Hours
• Jacqueline is expected to fulfill all duties (continued from launch assistant) PLUS COO duties. This is approximately 10 hours of work per week when executed productively.
• COO duties include co-facilitation of P9 and Reveal programs, onboarding calls, and clarity calls (when needed), module co-creation with Nic for the Reveal Certification and Business School program.
• Schedule for marketing will be Monday through Friday during appropriate hours to maximize reach and engagement (about one hour per day).
• Schedule for co-facilitation will involve occasional visits to the spaces to answer questions, and co-facilitation on calls (typically Mondays or Tuesdays after 9am cst but before 2pm cst).
• Optional Work: Work on Saturdays and Sundays is optional and at Jacqueline’s discretion. No additional pay will be rendered for this work.
3. Program Promotion Requirements
• Jacqueline will promote P9 and Reveal Monday through Friday using methods that resonate with her audience.
4. Training and Certification
• During March, April, and May 2025, Jacqueline will receive training and certification to facilitate P9 and Reveal programs.
• All associated costs for training and certification will be covered by the Employer.
5. Investment Fulfillment
• This Agreement supersedes Jacqueline’s prior investment in the Divine Pivot Mastermind. Upon the successful fulfillment of all duties and the completion of the Launch Assistant and Apprentice roles, any prior contracts related to that investment will become null and void.
6. Affiliate Compensation
Jacqueline will earn a 50% affiliate commission for each client she brings into the following programs:
• Platform9 Mentorship Program: $111 per month per client for one year (no pay-in-full option available).
• Reveal Certification and Business School: $1,111 per month for six months. $6,000 pay-in-full option.
7. Breach of Contract and Termination
• Breaking this Agreement requires a signed and notarized termination document agreed upon by both parties.
• Failure to complete duties or the agreed-upon term without a valid, documented reason will void all terms of this Agreement, including any affiliate pay or benefits outlined above.
8. General Terms
• Both parties agree to communicate openly regarding project needs, deadlines, and any unforeseen changes to the scope of work.
• Jacqueline will use tools, resources, and methods provided or approved by Nic Beegee to complete her duties.
• Employer reserves the right to review and approve all deliverables.
9. Compensation
• Payments for COO services will be rendered on a monthly basis, beginning no later than the first month of Jacqueline’s tenure as COO.
• Affiliate commissions will be paid monthly, based on confirmed client enrollments.
10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
• All materials, resources, and intellectual property provided during the term of this Agreement remain the property of Nic Beegee.
• Jacqueline agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all business practices, program content, and client information obtained during the engagement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in [Your State] courts.
12. Acknowledgment
Both parties acknowledge they have read and understand this Agreement, and agree to its terms by signing below:
